You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes or an advanced stamper to take this class. We are débuting a brand new stamp set & learning to use the Bind-It-All. Snippets: A Unique Artists Book with Guest Artist Kelly Kilmer: Sun. 6/22 12Noon-4PM. Create your own unique album filled with varying sizes of snippets, mementos & paper treasures. We will fill the pages with tiny ephemeral treasures noting what it is that makes these images too important to us. Turning the pages of a book like this fills us with simple joy & pleasure. Learn how to make your own snippet filled book in this 4 hour workshop! Students should please bring the following: Small selection of Collage ephemera (handmade/decorative paper, copies of old photos, magazine clippings, journal pages, art book pages, cherished cut outs-anything that "speaks" to you. Please make color copies of anything you wish to use more then once), scissors, bone folder, 3 bristle brushes to paint and glue (no foam please), container to hold water in, cork backed metal ruler, black permanent ink pad (like Versafine or Memories) roll of paper towels, and a roll of waxed paper. STAMP CLUBS: Stamp Clubs get special discounts & reserved time in the "FUN ZONE". We have several clubs already here at the store. Ask a store associate how to join or to start your own! Except as noted, the store hours are: M, T, Th, F: 10 am - 6:00 pm, W 10 am - 7 pm, Sa 9 am - 5 pm, Su NOON - 4 pm. We are open until 8 PM during Wednesday evening classes.
