Bleach
Technique with Mulberry Paper & Lisa Bebi: Saturday,
March 1, 10:00 AM - Noon. This technique lends itself well
to organic type stamps, i.e. butterflies, dragonflies, flowers, tree sprigs,
etc. The natural veins in the mulberry paper pick up the bleach & give the
stamped image a special woodsy look. It's a simple & pure way to stamp!!!!

this class you'll have a "hands on" 3-hour feast for paper freaks
on antiquing, texturizing & resurfacing all types of existing paper. This
course also includes MaryJo's new recipe for Sculpture Paper. Create
incredible papers from household tissue, napkins & paper towels using

Altered Books: Wednesday,
March 26, 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Old books can be transformed into
one-of-a kind artwork, complete with pockets, cut-outs & full of fun in
this second 3-hour workshop. Creative pockets of vellum & specialty
papers along with pop-ups will enliven any old book quickly with a few simple
techniques. YOU MUST BRING AN OLD BOOK. MaryJo will have a wealth of
paints, mediums, color copies & other vintage goodies.

Mouse of the Month: has been discontinued due to Stampa Rosa's closing. We have
no information on Tin Can Mail as of the printing of this schedule. The House
Mouse designs have been picked up by Stampabilities, with a probable release in
late spring-early summer. They have not given any information as to what
designs. They are hoping to reinstate the Mouse of the Month but have no
definite information. Thanks for your patience: we will let you know anything as
we hear positive information.
