Greens with Mike Strong: Saturday, April 1, 10:00 AM - Noon and
Monday, April 3, 9:30 AM - Noon. Mike continues his color theme classes
with his favorite color, green. In this class, you'll make 5 cards awash with
all the fresh colors of spring, with green being the spring-iest of all!!!!!!!

Tiles & Mosaics with Mike: Wednesday, April 12, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
and 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Tiles & mosaics are an art form unto themselves,
as you know from the old art works. In this class, Mike will teach you a cool &
easy technique for making some really beautiful tiles & mosaic pieces from
common lightweight crafting materials that we all have at home. You'll be making

They are keepable & tradeable! In this class, Kathy will have you making all sorts of these great little 2 1/2 X 3 1/2 inch ATC's. Each ATC will have different themes to them. Perfect Paisley Prints with Ginny: Saturday, April 15, 2:00 PM -
4:00 PM and Wednesday, April 19, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Hero Arts Studio
Workshop with Ginny: In this new for 2006 Studio Workshop from Hero Arts you'll
create customized, designer prints with fashionable flair. (Remember how we all
thought paisley were out of style? Well, they, too, have made a comeback!)
You'll work with stamping techniques including color layering, as will as how to
add & subtract color from solid backgrounds. As always, all cards will feature
fun paper crafting techniques. THE ART LOUNGE will be open & yes, you get gifts!

terrific, different size cards that you won't have to scrounge around for

This is an awesome pocket card designed set in the ever-popular Asian theme. You'll make 10 (YES, 10) cards in 5 different designs (2 of each) PLUS their envelopes (but wait, there's more …) PLUS a container to keep them in!!! All this in 3 hours. The queen of the bracelet is at it again, or should that be still at it. syndee has had requests for this great wearable art project that will allow you to transfer images onto the clay & then onto your arm, & is willing to share the technique with you. You are in sunny San Diego; we had some March showers & we are in hopes that there will be some April showers to bring May flowers. But this floral card class you will have fun, & bouquets of flowers that will survive all weather! Cost $18.00 * Dynamic Dominoes with Diane Chen: Saturday, April 29, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The subject of dominoes is a popular one starting with: how do you do them? Diane is the best one we, at The Stamp Addict, can think of to show off the beauty of these tiles. You'll be painting, stamping & coloring on the dominoes & making them into fridge magnets or pins. After this class: no more guessing! PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN GEL, GLAZE, MARVEY OR TOMBOW PENS, & CHALKS IF YOU HAVE THEM. THIS CLASS WILL BE LIMITED TO 9 STUDENTS. See a Sample Here! Cost $20.00 ($18.00 + $2.00 for special supplies)* Avante Garde Journal with Kelly Kilmer: Sunday, April 30, Noon - 4:00 PM. In this class with Kelly, you will produce, from scratch, using a hodge-podge, mish-mash, collection of "stuff" (paper ephemera, shipping tags, envelopes, cut up junk mail, clear envelopes, & much more), the most unique journal ever assembled. You'll cover, paint & embellish your journal covers using a variety of mixed media tips, tricks & techniques, turning the book into a visual delight. Then, you'll pick from Kelly's collection of "paper ephemera" to use as the pages of your journal using a quick & easy stitch to bind them all together. After assembling the journal, you'll spend the rest of the time painting & embellishing the pages of the journal to even make them more unique. This it truly one of the most unique visual artists books you will ever create. It's unique. It's fun. It's different. All material will be provided including the Kelly tradition of mixed media supplies, collage ephemera, rubber stamps, & all additional supplies to complete the project.
